This place is centrally located, with great amenities like a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control in the rooms, and the staff is incredibly helpful and excellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those who want to be close to the city center, with many attractions nearby. the lobby is beautiful, and the bellboys were helpful. the breakfast was tasty and fresh, with many options to choose from.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the quality of the service.

We loved the convenient location near the city center, the shopping mall attached to the hotel, the clean public areas, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh food and drinks. The staff were also excellent and very helpful with any issues we had.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the tasty breakfast with fresh food and drinks, as well as the welcoming basket and tea-coffee set offered in the room. The hotel’s key location in the city center and attached shopping mall provided great convenience for our shopping and dining needs. The staff were excellent, always kind, and happy to go out of their way to solve any problems we had.

Although the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and heated, the air was very dry, similar to an electrical heater. It would be helpful if the hotel installed a humidifying system.

Its prime location in the heart of the city made it easy for me to explore all the nearby sights and attractions. Plus, the spa services were top-notch and a perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

We had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel! the Spa & wellness centre was an absolute paradise, offering a variety of exclusive amenities including a Jacuzzi, Steam room, Full body massage, and a Spa lounge. the staff was highly professional and attentive, fulfilling all of our needs. the private facilities were exceptional, including the Sun terrace, Sun loungers, and Beach umbrellas. the location advantages were outstanding, being in the heart of the city center.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited menu at the Restaurant. the In-room breakfast was delicious and made up for it.

The staff was great, especially the concierge. They were kind, considerate, and resolved issues with a taxi driver. Excellent location with a mall attached.
